At [ ]Partnerz, we are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to drive products from concept to implementation and success. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with the Business Owner, Engineering Manager to ensure optimal product performance and success. The role requires a proactive approach to continuously improving and evolving our products.
Duties and responsibilities of the job

Identify and gain a precise understanding of user needs, opportunities, and the competitive market landscape, followed by planning for them.
Collaborate with various product stakeholders (users, business owner, and EM ) to plan the product roadmap and discover product capabilities.
Collaborated with the product designer to create product plans and prototypes, ensuring alignment and coordination among all stakeholders.
Work with the design and technical team for end-to-end implementation of product features.
Ensure product quality through the management of the testing process and quality control.
Collect and study quantitative and qualitative data for product analysis, user satisfaction, and user interface, creating a feedback loop for product improvement.
Manage the documentation process throughout the product development stages, keeping team members updated on progress and development status.
Define and manage product standards, overseeing product development quality through these standards.
Job requirements and skills
What you need to be successful in this job position:
2+ years of experience in product roles at IT startups
High motivation, hard work, and a passion for learning.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High proficiency in teamwork, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and decision-making skills.
Systematic thinking and the ability to devise product strategies.
Proficiency in data visualization, analysis, and inference based on product data.
In-depth familiarity with User Experience Design (UX) principles.
