We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to help elevate our products from conception through successful implementation and refinement. As a Product Designer at Partnerz, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, designing impactful solutions, and ensuring the effectiveness and appeal of our designs in the real world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design solutions based on Shopify’s Polaris design system; familiarity with Polaris is a significant advantage.
Evaluate user interactions, identify pain points, and communicate these issues effectively to the product team to ensure readiness for development.
Continuously test designs with international users to ensure global applicability and effectiveness.
Work closely with the product and technical team to implement features end-to-end.
Assess product usability, user satisfaction, and interaction metrics post-launch, and propose data-driven improvements.
Manage documentation throughout the design stages and keep stakeholders informed about progress.(Figma)
Job Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design.
High proficiency in English required to perform tests and communicate effectively.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
Excellent skills in UI design and prototyping tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Basic familiarity with business metrics to evaluate user needs fulfillment, feature usage, etc., after deployment.
Excellent portfolio showcasing UX case studies that highlights your ability to solve problems
