We’re looking for a flexible and proactive Assistant to Product Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, has a strong attention to detail, and excels at execution and getting things done. You will act as the glue between the customer support team and product/engineering teams, working closely with both to ensure smooth operations, high-quality releases, and customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and conduct meetings with customers when necessary.
Act as a liaison between support and product/engineering teams, addressing bugs, customization requests, and other issues raised by customers.
Write and maintain public help center articles, internal guides for the support team, and product documentation. Provide educational content to help both customers and the customer support team understand and adopt app features.
Onboard support team members and educate them on features, updates, releases, and best practices.
Contribute to improving customer support processes, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
Test new releases before they go live to ensure quality and functionality. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any issues. Help develop end-to-end testing scenarios as we move toward automating our testing process.
Assist in establishing and documenting the Definition of Done (DoD) for tasks, ensuring standards are clear. Assist in creating and managing Jira tasks as needed.
Be ready to assist the Product Manager with various tasks based on immediate needs, such as supporting recruitment efforts, conducting research, data analysis, collaborating with the design team, etc.
Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights, to support international clients and meet team requirements.
2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in customer support or product management roles, preferably within the software or IT industry.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Flexible working hours, with availability during evenings and nights as needed.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and the ability to interpret metrics to inform decisions.
